MORNING TOUR

6:30 – 7:00 AM Pickup from Hotel
Pick up is made directly from your accommodation as long as you stay inside Cusco Downtown or Historical Center. Make sure to be ready and waiting 10 minutes before your pick up.

7:00 – 8:00 AM Transfer to Cruzpata
An approximately 50-minute private transfer to the town of Cruzpata.

8:00 – 8:30 AM Practice on ATVs
Upon arrival, we will conduct a 15-minute practice session so that each participant can familiarize themselves with the ATV’s handling. During this practice, the guide will ensure everyone is prepared and comfortable before beginning the tour.

8:30 – 10:30 AM ATV Ride to and from the base
After confirming each passenger’s entry, we will begin the ATV adventure to the majestic Huaypo Lagoon, allowing us to enjoy the impressive natural landscapes that characterize this region. The ATV ride lasts approximately two hours, after which we will return to the starting point in Cruzpata.

10:30 am – 12:00 PM – Visit to the salt mines by transport + return to Cusco
Next, and always in our transport, we will head to the salt mines to avoid any risks, given the steep slope of the road. During this tour, passengers will admire spectacular views of the Verónica and Chicón snow-capped mountains and enjoy a natural setting that blends seamlessly with the daily life of the local people.

12:00 – 13:00 Trip to Cusco

13:00 – 13:10 The tour ends in the city center and drop off 2 blocks from Cusco Main Square

AFTERNOON TOUR

12:45 – 13:15 PM Pickup from Hotel
Pick up is made directly from your accommodation as long as you stay inside Cusco Downtown or Historical Center. Make sure to be ready and waiting 10 minutes before your pick up.

13:15 – 14:30 PM Transfer to Cruzpata
An approximately 50-minute private transfer to the town of Cruzpata.

14:30 – 15:00 PM Practice on ATVs

15:00 – 17:00 PM ATV Ride to and from the base

PICK-UP TIMES
It’s mandatory to be ready and waiting in the main door of your accommodation 10 minutes before
your scheduled pick up time. If you are not there, the transfer will make a video and continue
with the plan. No exceptions!!

Participants will be picked up from their accommodation in a transportation that varies depending on the group size.

It is important to bring your original passport, as it is required for identification.

Meals are not included in this tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled date of the activity to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund. No exceptions.

Please, notice that the weather conditions in Cusco varies along the day. It will be cold in the morning and later it could be very very warm, it could rain and it will be cold at night, again. In short words, bring layers.

Pricing
The prices published on our website and other sales channels do not include the General Sales Tax (IGV). However, foreign tourists who provide their nationality and present their passport will be exempt from this tax, in accordance with current legislation.

Passport
All travelers must carry either their physical passport, a clear photo of it, or the official identification document used to enter the country (driver’s licenses are not accepted).

• Please note that travelers who do not present any of the accepted documents will be required to pay the additional 18% VAT (IGV).

Safety Briefing
Before the tour begins, all travelers are required to attend a mandatory safety briefing and will receive a safety information brochure. For safety and operational purposes, every participant must complete and sign a safety and responsibility form prior to starting the tour.

It is each individual’s responsibility to determine whether they are inadequate physical and health condition to participate in the booked activity. Lima Experience is not liable for any health issues or pre-existing medical conditions that may affect participation in tours or activities.

Insurance
There is no travel insurance cover included in the price of a Travel Pass and Lima Experience recommends that you obtain travel insurance to cover any sickness, injury, or loss that may occur while you are travelling with us.

Third Party Operations
We inform our tourist clients that the ATV service is operated by third parties other than Lima Experience. Therefore, we assume no responsibility for accidents, inconveniences, or any eventuality that may arise during these services.

Modifications or Cancellations Due to Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, social unrest, or other unforeseen events, Lima Experience reserves the right to cancel scheduled tours or activities. In such cases, customers will be informed as early as possible and offered alternatives.
