Arrival at the airport and completion of the check-in process before the flight over the Nazca Lines.

Brief waiting time before boarding the aircraft while the final flight details are coordinated.

14:45 P.M: SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
You will receive a safety briefing and information about the flight route over the Nazca Lines together with the pilot.

15:00 P.M: AIRPLANE FLIGHT (30 MINUTES)
Board the aircraft and enjoy an unforgettable 30-minute flight over the iconic geoglyphs of the desert.

15:00 P.M: RETURN TO NAZCA
Return to your hotel or bus station in Nazca after the activity

END OF TOUR
After approximately 4 hours, you will have observed the mysterious Nazca Lines from the air.

If you weigh more than 100 kg, you must pay for an additional seat for the flight.

TRANSFER IN NAZCA
This service is operated by an external provider. Please be punctual

NAZCA LINES FLIGHT
Bring your passport, it is mandatory for boarding.
You must also bring cash to pay the airport taxes not included: 77 soles.
Recommendations:
-Take a motion sickness pill
-Eat a light breakfast
-Only your passport and a phone/camera are allowed during the flight
-Seats are assigned according to weight for safety reasons (children over 2 years old pay for seat and taxes)
-Flight duration may vary depending on weather conditions.

HOLIDAYS
During public holidays in Peru, tours may be more crowded due to the increase in visitors. Duration and price may vary. This applies to all tour operators in the country. Holidays: Easter Week, July 27–29, Halloween, December 24, 25 and 31, January 1.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Later cancellations are non-refundable, with no exceptions.

We are a 100% Peruvian travel agency. We operate daily tours in Lima, Cusco, Machu Picchu, Paracas, Huacachina, Nasca and other cities in Peru. We focus on the experience above all. Our mission has always been to take care of our clients’ experience.

Pricing
The prices published on our website and other sales channels do not include the General Sales Tax (IGV). However, foreign tourists who provide their nationality and present their passport will be exempt from this tax, in accordance with current legislation.

Passport
All travelers must carry either their physical passport, a clear photo of it, or the official identification document used to enter the country (driver’s licenses are not accepted).

• Please note that travelers who do not present any of the accepted documents will be required to pay the additional 18% VAT (IGV).

Reservations and Cancellations
Reservations may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled date of the activity to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund. No exceptions.

Availability and Capacity
-During certain times of the year, the number of visitors may increase, potentially affecting the overall experience of the activity. We recommend that customers book in advance to ensure availability.

-Some holidays may involve the temporary closure of specific tourist sites or restricted access to certain areas. Lima Experience is not responsible for itinerary changes caused by such events.

-These holidays often have changes in tour schedules and durations: Easter, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, Labor Day, July 28, Halloween, Christmas and New Year.

Participant’s Physical Condition
It is each individual’s responsibility to determine whether they are in adequate physical and health condition to participate in the booked activity. Lima Experience is not liable for any health issues or pre-existing medical conditions that may affect participation in tours or activities.

Insurance
There is no travel insurance cover included in the price of a Travel Pass and Lima Experience recommends that you obtain travel insurance to cover any sickness, injury, or loss that may occur while you are travelling with us.

Third Party Operations
We inform our tourist clients that flights over the Nazca Lines are operated by third parties other than Lima Experience. Therefore, we assume no responsibility for accidents, inconveniences, or any eventuality that may arise during these activities.

Modifications or Cancellations Due to Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, social unrest, or other unforeseen events, Lima Experience reserves the right to modify or cancel scheduled tours or activities. In such cases, customers will be informed as early as possible and offered alternatives or refunds as appropriate.
