PASSPORT & BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
All travelers must hold a passport or visa valid for at least six months. A copy of each passenger’s passport is required to book tickets, transfers, and/or accommodation.

WEATHER & PACKING
Peru has diverse climates, so we recommend bringing a variety of clothing: hot and windy in the desert, cold and rainy in the mountains, and hot, humid conditions in the jungle.

TOUR OPERATIONS
Our shared tours operate in small groups. Private tours can be arranged upon request in advance. For all activities, please arrive at least 10 minutes early and be ready.

ALTITUDE & TRAVEL PACE
Early mornings are common, and some destinations are located at high altitude. We recommend resting properly before and during your trip.

COMMUNICATION & SUPPORT
Before your trip, you and your group will be added to a WhatsApp chat where we will share all relevant information about your tours. Our team will be available 24/7 to assist you and will send daily reminders and updates throughout your journey.

MONEY & PAYMENTS
It is not necessary to bring Peruvian soles. We recommend bringing USD or EUR for exchange. While card payments are widely accepted, they may include an additional fee of 5–6%, so cash is recommended for most expenses.

CONNECTIVITY
If you wish to stay connected, we can assist you in getting a local SIM card with unlimited data.

MACHU PICCHU LUGGAGE POLICY
For train services (Hiram Bingham, Belmond, Vistadome, Expedition), only one carry-on bag is allowed per passenger (maximum 5 kg / 11 lb and up to 157 linear cm in total dimensions).

HEALTH & SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Please inform our team in advance if you have any medical conditions or dietary restrictions.

HOTEL & CHECK-IN INFORMATION
Most hotels allow luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. Early check-in is recommended if you arrive very early in the morning or late at night.

Please carefully read our Terms and Conditions before traveling.
