Lima City Tour with Catacombs

On our Lima City Tour, you’ll have the chance to see some of the city’s most well-known attractions, including the fascinating Catacombs of San Francisco Church. We are one of very few walking tours to provide this service. During the course of this 2.5-hour walking tour, you will be transported into the history of our city to better understand the nation and how far we have come.

Your journey will begin in the central plaza, where you will learn about the various battles that took place between the Incas and the Spanish conquerors. After that, you will investigate the spooky catacombs and the convent of the San Francisco Church.

After the church, you will learn more about architecture, the significance of the city, and the process by which Lima and Peru gained their independence. In the end, we will answer all of your questions about the city as well as explain how our history is connected to the issues that are happening today.

At the end of the tour, you have the option to join us at the best pisco bar in Lima, where you’ll have the option of tasting our signature cocktail Pisco Sour.

Please Note: The Catacombs Entrance Ticket is not included in the tour – additional 20 soles.

If you are staying in the San Isidro, Miraflores, or Barranco district, we strongly suggest that you travel to the Lima Downtown area 45 minutes before the start of your tour. The tour will begin promptly at 10:00AM; therefore, we ask that you arrive between 5 and 10 minutes before the start time of your tour.
